Comfortable room with a amazing balcony view overlooking the Bay of Naples. Excellent location, easy access to public transportation and local attractions. Highly secure and helpful staff.

The staff was pleasant and exceptionally nice and the place was fairly clean. It had marvellous location just next door to both the tram and the bus lines, and harbour. In a hurry we visited Bar Torrefazione Tico nearby.

It only runs freely in the evenings, requiring a 5-cent fee at other times, which can be inconvenient, especially for higher floors. Rooms overlooking the busy road can be noisy at all hours, and there's a noticeable lack of atmosphere when compared to traditional hotels. Breakfast options are best skipped in favor of exploring local cafes nearby.
